DABO Aloe Vera Moisture Soothing Gel 100% (300ml) — Korean Multi-Purpose Soothing Gel with Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice | 5-Free Formula | No Artificial Colour, Mineral Oil, Oxybenzone, Paraben, Talc | Face, Body & Hair | All Skin Types | Made in Korea
One Jar. Every Use. Pure Aloe.
A unique plant with a unique composition, Aloe Vera has the ability not only to eliminate itching and redness, but also to prevent their appearance. Its antioxidant effect minimises cell damage by free radicals, thereby slowing down the visible signs of skin ageing. The DABO Aloe Vera Moisture Soothing Gel, available at thealoy.com, captures this natural power in its purest, most concentrated form — 100% Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice as the foundational ingredient.
What sets this gel apart is its genuine multi-purpose design. For face and body skin, as well as for hair, this Aloe Vera gel replaces several products at once: a daily facial moisturiser, an after-sun soothing treatment, a body gel for irritated or dry skin, a lightweight hair-styling gel, and even an aftershave balm. The light gel texture and fresh, clean scent instantly moisturise and refresh, giving skin a feeling of comfort and relaxation with every application.
Equally important is what is left out: the packaging's clear 5無 (5-Free) declaration confirms this formula contains no artificial colour, no mineral oil, no oxybenzone, no paraben, and no talc — a transparent, conscious formulation choice that reflects DABO's commitment to clean, trustworthy skincare.
Skin Type Suitability
- All skin types — the lightweight, water-based gel formula is universally well-tolerated across normal, oily, dry, combination, and sensitive skin
- Sensitive and reactive skin — Aloe Vera's natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties calm redness and irritation; the 5-Free formula avoids common irritants
- Sun-exposed and heat-stressed skin — provides immediate cooling relief, making it ideal aftersun care for skin stimulated by the sun
- Oily and acne-prone skin — the lightweight, non-comedogenic gel hydrates without adding oil or heaviness
- Dry and dehydrated skin — moisturises, conditions, and restores skin to its natural moisture balance
- Scalp and hair — doubles as a lightweight styling gel and scalp-soothing treatment, particularly useful after sun exposure or for dry, itchy scalps
Who Is This Product For?
- Those who want one genuinely versatile product that handles facial moisturising, body hydration, after-sun care, and even light hair styling — minimising the number of separate products needed in a routine
- People with sensitive, redness-prone, or sun-irritated skin looking for a pure, gentle, fast-absorbing soothing gel
- Anyone who values transparent, conscious formulation and wants clear confirmation that a product avoids common irritants like parabens, mineral oil, and artificial colourants
- Those in Bangladesh searching for the best pure aloe vera gel in Bangladesh or a multi-purpose Korean soothing gel — now at thealoy.com with verified authenticity
Who Should Avoid This Product?
- Those with known Aloe Vera allergy — while rare, some individuals are sensitive to Aloe-derived ingredients. Patch test on the inner wrist before full-body or facial use if you have not used Aloe Vera products before
- Those expecting a rich, occlusive moisturiser — this is a lightweight gel, not a thick cream. Those with very dry skin in harsh winter conditions may need to layer a richer moisturiser on top for additional occlusion
- Pregnant women — while Aloe Vera-based gels are generally considered safe, consult your dermatologist before introducing any new topical product during pregnancy
Skin Concerns It Helps With
- Sunburn and sun-stimulated skin — Aloe Vera relaxes reddish and dried skin on the face, arms, legs, and whole body after sun exposure, providing the classic after-sun cooling relief Aloe is celebrated for worldwide
- Itching and redness — Aloe Vera's natural composition eliminates existing itching and redness while helping to prevent their recurrence
- Dehydration across face and body — moisturises, conditions, and restores skin's natural moisture balance wherever applied
- Premature skin ageing from oxidative stress — the antioxidant effect of Aloe Vera minimises cell damage caused by free radicals, supporting a slower visible ageing process
- Dry or flaky scalp and unruly hair — functions as a light styling gel for hair while soothing a dry, irritated scalp simultaneously
- Minor skin irritation from shaving — works effectively as a soothing aftershave gel, calming razor-related redness and sensitivity
What Results Can You Realistically Expect?
Immediately: The light gel texture absorbs in seconds, providing an instant cooling and refreshing sensation. Skin feels noticeably calmer, more comfortable, and hydrated right after application — particularly valuable on sun-exposed or irritated skin.
With consistent use: Regular daily application supports an improved overall moisture balance across treated areas. Skin and scalp prone to dryness, redness, or sensitivity show progressive improvement in comfort and resilience with continued use.
Long-term: The antioxidant protection from Aloe Vera contributes to ongoing defence against environmental and UV-driven oxidative stress, supporting healthier-looking skin over time.
How to Use
For face: Apply a generous amount to clean skin, morning and evening, and massage gently until fully absorbed. Can be used as a standalone moisturiser or layered under a richer cream.
For body: Apply liberally to dry, irritated, or sun-exposed areas of the body as needed. Particularly effective when applied immediately after sun exposure for soothing relief.
For hair: Apply a small amount to damp or dry hair as a lightweight styling gel, or massage into the scalp to soothe dryness and irritation.
As an aftershave: Apply a thin layer to freshly shaved skin to calm redness and razor-related sensitivity.
Frequency: Suitable for daily use, multiple times per day as needed, given its gentle and lightweight formulation.
Ingredient Highlights
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (100% Purity Base)
The foundation of the entire formula. Aloe Vera Leaf Juice is rich in polysaccharides, vitamins (A, C, E, B12), enzymes, and amino acids that work together to hydrate, soothe, and repair the skin barrier. Its naturally antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties allow skin to heal quickly and calmly, reducing redness, itching, and irritation while restoring the skin's natural moisture balance. At 100% purity as the stated leaf juice base, this formula delivers Aloe's benefits in a meaningfully concentrated form rather than a diluted trace inclusion.
5-Free (5無) Formulation Commitment
A defining transparency feature of this product, clearly displayed on the packaging: No Artificial Colour (無人工色素) — avoiding synthetic dyes that offer no skincare benefit and carry unnecessary sensitisation risk. No Mineral Oil (無미네랄오일) — avoiding petroleum-derived occlusives in favour of the gel's natural Aloe-based hydration. No Oxybenzone (無옥시벤존) — avoiding this controversial UV-filter chemical, which is not relevant in a non-SPF soothing gel but reflects an overall clean-formulation philosophy. No Paraben (無파라벤) — avoiding this common preservative class associated with sensitivity concerns for some users. No Talc (無탈크) — avoiding this mineral powder ingredient, more relevant to powder cosmetics but included as part of the brand's broader clean-ingredient pledge.

What does "5無" or "5-Free" mean on the packaging?
It refers to five specific ingredients the formula explicitly excludes: artificial colour, mineral oil, oxybenzone, paraben, and talc. This is a transparency commitment that allows customers to know precisely what is not in the product, reflecting a cleaner formulation approach.
Is this gel sticky after application?
No — the gel has a light, fast-absorbing texture designed to instantly moisturise and refresh without leaving a sticky or heavy residue, giving skin a feeling of comfort and relaxation.
Can this be used as an after-sun treatment?
Yes — this is one of its most valued uses. Aloe Vera relaxes reddish and dried skin stimulated by the sun across the face, arms, legs, and whole body, providing the classic soothing, cooling relief Aloe is internationally recognised for.
