Dr.Althea 147 Barrier Cream 50 ml

Dr.Althea Azulene 147HA Intensive Soothing Barrier Cream 50ml | Premium Azulene Core, 7-Layer Hyaluronic Acid & Ceramide NP Deep Moisture Barrier Recovery Cream | 100% Original Made in Korea

Product Overview & Benefits

Restoring a weakened, sensitive, or over-exfoliated skin mantle under a humid tropical climate like Bangladesh requires targeted, non-irritating lipid repair. Environmental pollution, strong chemical treatments, and intense UV exposure break down the natural protective barrier, leading to persistent redness, dry flakiness, and increased sensitivity. Dr.Althea Azulene 147HA Intensive Soothing Barrier Cream addresses these core concerns by delivering a comforting, moisture-locking shield that calms inflammation while rebuilding skin resilience.

What elevates this barrier cream to an elite status is its signature 147 Soothing & Barrier Architecture:

1. Guaiazulene (Azulene): A natural hydrocarbon extracted from Chamomile Oil that gives the cream its signature pale purple hue. It rapidly cools surface heat, soothes thermal stress, and calms localized skin stinging.
2. 7-Layer Hyaluronic Acid Complex (HA): A multi-molecular weight hydration system that penetrates varying skin depths—attracting moisture to surface layers while binding water deep within tissue tracks.
3. Ceramide NP & Phytosphingosine: Skin-identical lipids that replenish intercellular gaps, seal micro-cracks in the mantle, and prevent trans-epidermal water loss.

Supported by Centella Asiatica Extract, Eggplant Fruit Extract, and Turmeric Root Extract, this formula delivers rich antioxidant defense to soothe reactive complexions. Dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic, this cream absorbs cleanly into the skin, leaving a soft, cushioned, non-sticky finish for all-day protection.

Who Should Avoid This Product

• Avoid using this cream if you have a documented clinical allergy to Azulene (Chamomile derivatives), Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid, or specific botanical extracts listed in the ingredients.
• Do not apply the cream directly across open bleeding wounds, severe weeping eczema flares, or raw unhealed skin lesions.

What Skin Concerns Does It Help Address

• Compromised Moisture Barrier: Rebuilds structural lipid matrices using Ceramide NP to prevent moisture loss.
• Skin Redness & Sensitivity: Guaiazulene calms localized heat, thermal stress, and environmental irritation.
• Deep Cellular Dehydration: Multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid floods thirsty tissue tracks to eliminate dry pulling.
• Rough & Flaky Micro-Texture: Smooths coarse surface patches to leave skin soft and touchably supple.
• Environmental Skin Stress: Shields delicate skin matrices from urban dust, pollution, and climate shifts.

Expected Skincare Results Timeline

• Immediate (First Application): Skin tightness, heat discomfort, and surface dryness vanish instantly. The cream leaves a soft, deeply cushioned, non-sticky finish.
• Within 14 Days: Surface flakiness smooths out, localized redness drops noticeably, and the skin mantle retains moisture much better throughout the day.
• After 4 Weeks: The baseline moisture barrier demonstrates stronger structural resilience against environmental triggers, texture looks refined, and the face maintains a calm, plump glass-skin glow.

Note: Results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on skin type, barrier condition, environmental factors, and consistency of use.

How To Use

Using your barrier cream correctly ensures maximum lipid repair and deep hydration delivery.

Step-by-Step Application

1. Cleanse your face thoroughly using a gentle, barrier-friendly wash.
2. Apply your daily toner, essence, or active serum steps and allow them to fully absorb.
3. Dispense an appropriate amount of Dr.Althea 147HA Barrier Cream onto clean fingertips.
4. Smooth evenly across your face and neck, massaging gently in upward circular motions.
5. Lightly pat with warm palms until fully absorbed into the pores.

Daily Skincare Pro-Tip

• The Post-Active Buffer: Apply this cream as the final step after using Retinol or chemical exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs). The azulene and ceramide matrix acts as a soothing buffer to reduce potential redness or flakiness.
• Overnight Recovery Treatment: Apply a slightly thicker layer right before bed to allow your skin barrier to rebuild its moisture stores while you sleep.
