ILLIYOON Red Itch Intensive Moisturizing Wash 6g | Advanced Anti-Itch & Severe Dryness Relief Body Wash | Hypoallergenic Barrier Recovery Wash | Made in Korea
Targeted Soothing Therapy for Chronically Itchy, Sensitive, and Reactive Skin
When the protective skin barrier is stripped or damaged due to genetic conditions, environmental shifts, hard water, or harsh detergents, its lipid architecture breaks down. This cellular depletion leads to significant moisture loss, leaving the skin vulnerable to a frustrating loop of chronic itching, localized heat, dry flakiness, and constant irritation. The ILLIYOON Red Itch Intensive Moisturizing Wash stands out as a functional, dermatological cleanser explicitly verified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in South Korea to treat severe dryness and target itching right at its biological source.
Unlike standard shower gels that rely on aggressive sulfates and heavy perfumes that trigger skin reactivity, this low-irritation formula utilizes an ultra-moisturizing, advanced lipid delivery framework. It gently cleanses the skin surface while infusing deep hydration directly into vulnerable cell layers. Designed for both facial and body emergency care, this wash lowers skin temperature and forms a weightless, protective moisture shield. It ensures your skin stays perfectly calm, balanced, and soft, even under highly challenging climate conditions.
The Clinical Synergy of RED-ITCH CUT™ and Biomimetic Lipids
What makes this anti-itch recovery wash exceptional is its minimalist yet highly advanced formulation strategy. Developed by the world-class Amorepacific Technology Research Institute, it targets overactive skin sensitivity while fully preserving your natural microbiome defense.
The advanced medicated formula provides:
RED-ITCH CUT™ Complex: A proprietary, clinical blend of natural botanicals that targets the biochemical triggers of skin itching to reduce the mechanical scratch reflex.
Biomimetic Lipid Blend: Ceramides, Cholesterol, and Fatty Acids actively patch cracks in a weakened moisture wall to prevent moisture evaporation.
Evening Primrose Oil: Supplies essential gamma-linolenic acids that reduce skin reactivity and calm deep inflammation.
Traditional Hanbang Herbal Concentrates: Features Perilla Seed Extract, recognized for its outstanding natural anti-itch and soothing properties.
The creamy wash glides smoothly over raw, aggravated skin zones, delivering essential nutrients without disrupting the skin's optimal pH level. It is completely safe for all age brackets—from delicate newborns to adults managing stubborn atopic dryness—making it an indispensable asset for restoring long-term skin peace, resilience, and lasting comfort.
Skin Type Suitability
Hypersensitive & Atopic Skin: Safely treats the root causes of extreme redness, severe scaling, and atopic skin discomfort.
Extremely Dry & Flaky Skin: Softens thick, rough skin textures on areas prone to intense friction (such as elbows, knees, and ankles).
Delicate Infant Skin: Pediatric-tested and certified low-irritant, making it fully safe for babies from day 0.
Combination & Oily Skin (Irritated Areas): Cleanses localized patches thoroughly without clogging pores or leaving an oily shine.
Who Is This Product For?
Environmental & Heat Rash Relief: Ideal for urban residents experiencing sudden localized itching, heat rashes, hives, or textile-friction irritation caused by sweat and environmental pollution.
Post-Wash Calibration: Perfect for individuals looking for an ultra-calming, non-stripping first step to pair with a targeted post-shower treatment, such as a best serum for acne scars in Bangladesh.
Risk-Free Sample Testers: Highly recommended for users seeking a practical, travel-friendly 6g trial packet to execute a safety patch test before choosing a full-sized bottle.
Severe Barrier Damage Repair: Excellent for anyone dealing with severe skin peeling or extreme barrier damage triggered by aggressive treatments or harsh weather changes.
Who Should Avoid This Product?
Botanical & Herbal Allergies: Avoid using this product if you have a known, clinically documented allergy to Ginseng, Evening Primrose Oil, Perilla derivatives, or any specific components listed in the ingredient profile.
Open Lesions: Do not apply directly into deep, weeping open wounds or bleeding skin lacerations.
Skin Concerns It Helps Address
Severe & Chronic Itching: Works rapidly to ease skin prickliness and help break the constant urge to scratch.
Temporary Redness & Inflammation: Calms localized flushing and stinging caused by sudden heat, sweat friction, or environmental stress.
Broken Skin Barrier: Restores the outer lipid structure during the cleansing phase, lowering ongoing skin vulnerability.
White Dead Skin Flakes & Tightness: Instantly dissolves rough, peeling scales while infusing water deep into thirsty tissues, ensuring comfort that lasts long after your shower.
Expected Results Timeline
Immediate (First Wash): Post-wash dry tightness disappears immediately. Skin temperature drops comfortably, and the skin barrier feels cushioned, soft, and hydrated.
Within 14 Days: Itching and overall skin sensitivity are clinically documented to decrease significantly, with a notable reduction in surface flakiness and scaling.
After 4 Weeks: The itch-scratch cycle is successfully broken. The skin barrier functions with excellent resilience, keeping the face and body smooth, supple, and fully comfortable all day.
(Note: Results are not guaranteed and vary depending on individual skin condition).
How To Use
Step-by-Step Application: Wet your face or body thoroughly with clean, lukewarm water. Tear open the 6g sachet and dispense an appropriate amount of the wash onto your clean palms or a soft shower puff. Gently rub to develop the liquid into a soft, comforting, and creamy lather. Massage gently onto the irritated skin areas using soft, circular motions. Rinse away completely with clean water, ensuring no residue is left behind, and gently pat dry with a soft towel.
Frequency & Bedtime Scratch Prevention: Suitable and highly recommended for daily use in both your morning (AM) and evening (PM) routines. Washing right before bed is highly recommended to calm skin temperatures and prevent nighttime scratch reflexes. Always follow up immediately with a rich, barrier-supporting layer, such as a moisturizer for sensitive skin Bangladesh weather demands, to seal in the hydration.
Daytime Reminder: Always shield your recovering skin from solar degradation by finishing your morning routine with an effective broad-spectrum shield, like a high-protection sunscreen for oily skin BD trusts.
